ARTICLES'OF GOVERNMENT OF THE
HARRISON VALLEY CHURCH.
SEC. 1. This Incorporation located in Har
rison township, Potter county, Pa., shall be
known by the name and style of ie Baptist
Church Ctf Harrison Valley,
S. S. Rosen, J. C. Thompson, and Syl
vester. Stevens, shall be Trustees of said So
ciety until, their successors are appointed
according to the rules and regulations by
which said Society i,s gov,ined. The said
Trustees, or their successors in office, shall
have the, care and management of the proper
ty real anA, porsonal, or mixed, belonging to
the said corporanon, shall ho members there
of, and shall be aceoxntable thereto for their
official conduct, and shall in all respects con=
form to its instructions,.provit - ed that thp cams
are not inconsistent with the Constitution s,r
laws of the United States or of this Common
wealth, nor with the. form of distiplim
which the corporation is governed as it
