sued their:precept, bearing date the 25th
day of Feb., in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty-four,
and to me directed, for holding a Court
of Oyer and Terminer and'General Jail
Delivery, Quarter Seasions of the Peace,
corphans' Court, .and Court of Common
Pleas, in the Borough of-Coudersport, on
Monday, the 15th day of May next,
ana to continue One Week.
Notice is therefore hereby given to
the Coroners, Justices of the Peace, and.
Constables within said County, that they
be tarn and there .10 their proper per,
sons, at 10 o'clock A. M. of said day
with their rolls, records, inquisitions, ex:-
aminations, and other remembrances, to
do those things which to their offices
appertain to be done. And those who.
are bound by t,heir recognizances to pros
ecute against the prisoners that are or
shall be in the Jail of the said County of
Potter, are to be then arid there to pros;
ecute against them as will be just. -
