is improved, with one frame barn, one frame

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that
1\ agreeably to an act of Assembly . , Passed
the 13th - day of March, 1815, entitled an act
to amend an act, directing the mode of selling
unseated lands for taxes, etc., and the several
supplements thereto, the following tracts of
unseated lands in the county of Potter will be
exposed to public sale or outcry, for -all ar
rearages of taxes, at the court-house in the
raid county of Potter, on the second Monday
of June next. And also, certain tracts of
seated lands, which are returned for unpaid
taxes, will be exposed to sale, at the time and
place aforesaid, agreeably to the act of April
29114.1844, for the taxes due thereon, unless
previously paid. •

Auditor's Notice.
NTOTICE is hereby given that the under
.l_ll signed, an Anditor appointed by the
court to report in relation to the distributibn
of money raised by the sale of real estate in
the case of Johnson Wells and Co. vs. V.
Dickinson: of Dec. Term, 1852, No. 65,
will attend to the duties of his appointment
