The undersigned, Trustees of the Cou
dersport Academy, are moved by a sense of
official and personal duty to invite the at
tention of the Public--of parents in partic
ular, to the rising and useful character of
this Institution of Learning. When invited,
a little more than a half-year ago, to the
superintendence of its affairs, we found it
depressed and still declining. We requersted
Mr. J. 13100 .lIINGDALC to become its Princi
pal Tian ex, sad entrusted its organization
and other mist onerous affairs to his discre
tion and In nagement. Experience has
proved him to be faithful, efficient, - and
practical just such an instructor as this
community need. The number of pupils
in the school is now over sixty. We refer
to Mr. Bloomingdale's adverti. , ement for
information as to the terms and conditions
on which pupils are admitted, and for other
facts of interest; and recommend the insti
tution to the pat onage of the people.
