LARGE AND DESTRUCTIVE FIRE IN
Yonm,-PA.—A:rfire broke out in :York, about

warehouse Occupied by Mr. Weaver, in
which was stored a large quantity of gov
ernment goods consisting of blankets,
blouses, pantaloons,t shoes, &c.,•• entirely
consuming fhe building together with con

belonging to Thomas, Chariabers & Co.,
which was also burned to the ground ; a

itics and the State militia laws. In forming an

our military popularity we must again become
