He has appeared before the teachers of Lancaster Caunty, at their yearly Institute, for the last two years, and was each time receiwied with applause. The friends of the public schools will be well rewarded by attending his lectures. The admittance will be ten cents for each evening. The proceeds will be devoted to the purchase of apparatus for the schools.
