one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
there is or may bo some doubt as to tho time of
holding elections on the question of license or
no license lu certain cities and boroughs where
in the municipal elections heretofore by law
llxed do not occur upon the some day as in tho
townships of the county wherein said cities or
boroughs are located.
Section l. licit enacted, do., That now it is
hereby declared to be the true intent, and renew
ing (moaning) of said act that the election, under
the provisions of tho first section thereof, should
bo held lu all the election districts and pre
cincts of any county, including tho cities and
boroughs therein situated, upon the same day.

nuul municipal election for such city, borough
