introduced, or to be introduced Into the rivers

unlawful fishing: and to prevent the Intro
duction of predatory fishes Into Trout stream;
and for other germane purposes.'

as required by the said Act of Assembly, that 1
have discovered and been informed cf the exis
tence of such contrivances for the catching of
finb, as are commonly known as Fish Baskets.

other permanently set means of taking fish;
known to be wasteful and extravagantmodesol
fishing, in iheConodogniuetand yellow Breech
es Creeps and their tributaries; and all other
tributaries to the Huvjuehanna river; and that
the said contrivances are hereby declared com
monnolsances; and the owners and managers
of the same are ordered to dismantle, so as to
be no longer capable of taking or injuring the
fishes of said streams of whatever kind, (within
ten days from the data of this notice,) otherwise
I shall proceed luaccordance with the provision
of said Law, to destroy and dismantle the said
above mentioned contrivances.
