Wuo Let That Whiskey Run ? On Saturday night last some evil min ded individual, not having the fear of the police force before his eyes, entered the cellar of Mr. Philip Pritsch, at the Farmers and Drovers Hotel, on South Hanover street, and opened the spigot of a barrel of whiskey. It is supposed that the parties helped themselves and became too drunk to stop the flow of the liquor. But little of it was saved. This proceeding may perhaps be ac counted for by the scarcity of water in that end of the town for the last few days. The company having failed to supply that section on account of burst cd pipes.
