by Ibo Town 'Counaii of tho Borough of Carlisle,
and it is hereby enacted nnd ordained by the au
tho'rity Afibe iratoo, TWft no person or persons shall
buy ot soil any article provision on the regular
market days in the mbrkoi house, (groceries of all
kinds and bread only csccptod) before the hour of
twelve o’clock M. from tho first day of November
1860, until the first day of April next. Said Ordi
nance to take effect on and after the Bth day of De
cember, 1860. And any person or persons violating
the above Ordinance, shall forfeit and pay the sura
