TVIOTICE is hereby given that application will
i" be made to (ho. next Legislature of Penn-
sylvaniato alter the Charter ot the Carlisle De
posit Bank, located in tlio borough of Carlisle,
, Cumberland county, so as to. confer upon paid
Bank the rights and privileges of a Bunk of Issue,
and to change its name to the Carlisle Bank;
also to increase the capital of said Bank, which
is at present seventy-two thousand dollars, with
privilege ot increasing the same under its pre
sent charter to one hundred thousand dollars,
to two hundred thousand dollars.
