on Big Spring, i of a mile north east of New-villo,
and half a mile north east of the Cumberland Val
ley Railroad, of sufficient capacity to grind and
distill one hundred bushels per day, on a tract of
land, of SEVEN ACRES, and having on it a
largo Grain House and 3 small Dwelling Houses,
being on a stream of Water which never tails and
with water power sufficient to grind 150 or 200
bushels per day. The Distillery has been erected
within the lasi 18 months, and all the apparatus
is of the latest and most improved kind. The
grinding and distilling being done in the same
house, at groat saving of manual labor, being one
of the best locations for the business in the Slate,
pml having been In very successful operation since
