This Institution has been established nearly five
years, during which time such additions and improve,
moots have been mode as to render it one of the
most commodious and convenient in the State.
In regard to. healthfulness it may be mentioned
that np case of serious sickness has occurred in the
Institution since it was founded. Its moral purity
is attested by the fact that depraved associations,
scenes oi vice, and resorts for dissipation have no
existence in the neighborhood.
The course of instruction comprises all branches
required by the merchant, professional man or collo
gian. Also modern languages, vocal and instrument
tal music, &c.
It is the determination of the Proprietor that the
Institution shall sustain the reputation it has already
acquired for imparting thorough instruction, and in*
culcaling and establishing virtuous principles in the
mins of the youth submitted lo his charge.
