    ORPHAN’S COURT SALE.
BY virtue of an order of the Orphans’ Court
of Cumberland county, the following .real
estate'late the property of Henry, Zimmerman,
deceased, will be sold on the. premises, 6 miles
■west of the Harrisburg Bridge, cm Saturday the
28th day of’ August next, at’ 12 o’clock noon of
that day, to wit:
dll that certain plantation ortrhcl of land
sUbate in Eastpcnnsborough township, Cuinber
lanicounty aforesaid, bounded by lands of John
Holts, Martin Rcnninger, Isaac Lpngnccker
and others, containing one hundred & fifty acres
mote or less, about one hundred acres of which
is cleared land, and the residue well umbered.
The improvements are a

and other out buildings. There is a small
stream of excellent water running near the
house, and also a good spring. T. here is a first
rate apple orchard on the premises, and other
fruit trees.' The terms of sale are as follows:
Two hundred dollars to be paid on the confir
mation of the sale, tine-third of the purchase
money to remain in the land, the interest where
of is to be paid yearly and every year to the wi
dow during her life, said interest to commence
first of April next, and the principal at her death
to and among the heirs and representatives ot
the said Henry Zimmerman; the.residue of the
purchase money on the said Ist of April next,

lime the rent'is reserved, said payments to be,

May 1841, in and for Cumberland county,
the following proceedings were had to wit: _
Upon the petitibn of George Harlan, admin
istrator of Stephen Harlan, dec’d., represent
ing—-ThatJohn McCollum late of Southampton
township, in said county decVh, seized .in fee
simple of a tract of land situate in said township,
leaving issue nine children, after whose death,
William and Archibald McCollum, two of his
sons, conveyed their interest in said land, (it be
ing two undivided ninths,) to Barnabas Thrush
—nitcrwnrds.towit: on the 9lh May 1820, said

The real estate of the aforesaid John McCol
um, dec’d., after said mortgage was given, was
- aiued and appraised on a writ oi partition and
valuation .issued out of the "Orphans’ Court ot
■: lumberland county, and on the 11th of Septem
ber. 1859. confirmed to George Hoch, alienee of.
aome of the heirs aforesaid John McCollum,
dec’d., and the Court directed the said George
- Hoch to enter into recognicance for the pay ment
of the shares 6f the aforesaid William & Arcln
bkld McCollum, upon which the ah .resaid mort
gage was a lien; into the Orphans’ Court of said
county, agreeably to the provisions of the act of
Assembly. And the said George Hoch; in pur.
suance and discharge of his said rcc< golzance,
did pay to the Orphans’ Court on the 14th April
1840, 9425 62, and oh the 13th July 1841 the
further sum of £205 52, making in nil g 631 14,
which sum, saidjjetitioner alledgds b? is entitled
t» receive in payment and discharge of the a
fnreaaid mortgage so as aforesaid assigned to
Stephen Harlan, and prayed' the court toorder
and decree the payment of the same to the said
petitioner as administrator of the said Stephen

•did grant a rule on the parties interested to ap
pear at an Orphans’ Court to be held at Carlisle,: i

of Cumberland county, should not he paid to

complaint, sick headache, jaundice, asthma,
dropsy, rheumatism, enlargement of the spleen,

ach and bowels, incipient diarrhoea? flatulence,
habitual costiveness, loss of appetite blotched
or sallow complexion,-and in all cases of-torpor
of the bowels, where a cathartic or an aperient
is needed. They are exceedingly mild in their
operation, pi oduemg neither nausea, griping nor
debility. ■
