Saving Fund Society,”will expire in 1843.
Notice is hereby given agreeably to the constitu
tion and laws of Pennsylvania that the stockhol
ders of said institution intend ppnlying to the next
Legislature of the commonwealth for a renewal
of charter.—Change of..name, style, and title to
“Cumberland Valley Dank,*’increase of capital
to &200,000 and general discounting and banking
privileges all under such restrictions as the Leg
islature may direct. .The above institution to be
continued in Carlisle, Cumberland county' Pa.
