AftIiANOEMENTS COMPLETED The work upon the now buildings, and other improvements, on the grounds of the Altoona Park Association, will bo completed in a day or two, and all things ready for the reception of stock and articles, and the opening of the Exhibition. -The new building is 10 feet wide, 80 feet lung, 12 feet high to the square, comb roof covered with shingles, and well floored. It will be much better lighted than the other buildings,and is intended specially for ladies' work, paintings, and fine arti• ties. The construction of this build ing gives almost double the amount of room the Association had last year, consequently there will be less crowd ing of articles, and all will be exhibi ted to much better advantage. A train of passenger cars will be run between the depot, in front of the Logan House, and the grounds, every half hour, during the continuance of the Exhibition. The driving course is in excellent condition and in constant use—quite a number of horses entered for speed being now in the stables on the ground, as also others that are under training.
