Common Pleas, Oyer and Terminer, and general jail deliv
ery of the 24th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, compo
sed of Huntingdon, Blair and Cambria counties; and the
Hons. Anthony J. Beaver and David Clarkson, his associ
ates, Judges of the county of Huntingdon, justices as
signed, appointed to heir, try and determine nll and every
Indictments made or taken for or concerning all crimes,
which by the laws of the State are Made capital, or felon
ins of death, and other offences, crimes and misdemeanors,
which have been or shall hereafter be committed or porno.
