for the time the soldier was so hold a prisoner, at the
rate of twentpd ye cents per day, to be paid is the follow
ing order: let. To the widow, if unmarried; Id. To the
children t Sd. To the parents: to both jointly if they are
living, If cu ls dead, to the survivor; 4th. To the bro•
there and sisters. •
The act of February 28, 1867, provides for the refund
ing of the $2OO Commutation Mousy, where the same per
SOH was again drafted, and was required to enter the ea
vice or furnish a substitute.
DISCEIARGED SOLDIERS
The act of Maroh 2,1801, also makes provisions for She
payment of the
$lOO ADDITIONAL BOUNTY
to such soldiers as hare accidentally lost their dlsehar
