The pipes got full of water. —The return judges met here on Fri- day last, and submitted the election returns. All the judges were in but Tell's who was detained by high we ter, or some other cause. Judging by- the weather wo do not think there was great success. —The Episcopal Church of this place is undergoing repairs. A neat wood en fence has been built around the yard.
