lie sale on the premises in the town of Marklesburg, on
TBURSDAY, the 23rd day of OCTOBER, 1856, at 11 o'clock
m., ONE ROUSE and LOT OF GROUND, situated on the
corner of Bedford and R. It, Street,- measuring sixty feet in
front on Bedford street, and extending b:tck, on R. It. street
one hundred and sixty feet, with a large weather-boarded
frame two-story Muse, with a store house attached to it;
the buildings together measuring 60 feet in front on Bed
ford street, running back along It, It. street 40 feet. There
is also on the premises it good stable and large corn crib,
with a good well of never failing water Convenient to the
house.
One third of the purchase money to be paid in hand or

he has large practice in oral and blackboard exercises, in
opening and closing Single and Double Entry Books, in
Partnership, Administration, Joint and Compound Com
pany settlements, in receiving a partner into co-partner
ship, and settling with a retiring one, all of which,
together with various other exercises and calculations,
cannot fall to give full satisfaction and profit the learner,
Students can enter, at any time, a day or evening class,
or both, if they wish—the time is unlimited. They can
leave at any time and return at pleasure without addition
at charge.
