anteed to meet expenses. This material aid, coupled with
the excellence 01 the selected location, and the large
:1111ount of Premiums offered, induces the expectation that
the Exhibition of 1856, will be superior to any of its pre
decessors.
A Gland Agricultural Banquet, in which ladies, as well
es gentlemen. will participate. will take place on Friday,
October 10th. when distinguished gentlemen will address
the assemblage.
Favorable arrangements with the various railroads, for
the transportation of Stock and other articles are in prog
ress, the term- of which will be given on application at
