MISSIO HOTEL COMPANY.—A Company has bead organized and a charter obtained from the Legislatiire for the purposo of Yirecting a Hotel at the Lithia Springs.. A imeeting of the Company was held an evening or two since, at which several gentlemen from New Yak; Philadelphia, and other places, were present and participated in the pro ceedings—among them the distinguished architect, John Frazer, of Philadelph ia. These gentlemen manifested great iute;- est in the enterprise and expressed the 41t.- most confidence in its success. It is under stood a large amount of the stock of the Company will be subscribed by some of them as soon as the plans are arranged and active measures detertained up - On. It is proposed to build a Hotel, fii's class in every respect; the front to be 35u feet by 41 feet, with a wing 110 by 41 feet; three stories high, with French roof, to be con stfucted of the brown stone found on the ground. Committees were appointed to canvass for additional stock subscription and to procure plans and specifications. As this is an enterprise in which all our citi zens, and especially the business men, are deeply interested, it is hoped that all will feel dispo,ed to uid iu it so far possible. REVERSED.--In the case of the Trus ,toes and-Church-Council of the St. John's Lutheran Congregation of Littlestuwn vs. Rev, Samuel Henry, which, by reason of the peculiar circumstances surrounding it, has excited a good deal of interest and feeling, the opinion of Judge Fisumt was filed yesterday morning. The case was fully argued at the recent Argument Court.
