BRINKERHOFF'S
CORN SHELLER, SEPARATOR
AND CLEANER.
The underigned would inform the Agricultural
public that he has purchased from the Patentee of
this extraordinary machine, the Patent Right for
the States of Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Brinkerhoff s Corn Sheller, Separator and Clean
er, is pronounced the best machine of the kind in
this country. And in proof, it may be mentioned
that the "Advisory Committee appointed to select
Implements for exhibition at the UniversaLsx—
position in Paris, in 1867, have selected this
Sheller as the best in America," and at the request
of J. C. Derby, U. S. Agent. a machine' bail been
shipped to Paris for exhibition. Ono important
feature in this machine is that it will shell ears
large, small or crooked. perfectly 'clean, and
separates the cob and chaff from the Corn ready
for market.
The fact may also be stated that at the great
trial of Agricultural Implements, at Auburn, N.
Y., in July last, under the auspices • of - the New
York State Agricultural Society, the Brinkerhoff
Corn Sheller, Separator.and Cleaner was reported
by one of the most competent. Committees as the
best Corn Sheller out. They say, "We have care
fully examined and thoroughly tested this ma
chine, and have no hesitation in pronouncing it
the best Cbrn Sheller we ever saw." The re
port is signed by such men as John Stanton Gould,
President N. Y. State Agricultural Society; B. P
Johnson, Secretary to same; Solon Robinson, Ag
ricultural Editor N. Y. Tribune; 8. Edward Todd,
Agricultural Editor N. Y. Times.
From among many complimentary newspaper
notices, the following, from the, N. I. Observer, -
is deemed antlleient: -

Hod observed the inefficiency of nearly all the remedies

and after ten years' study and labor. be presented to his
feilowduari the wonderful Zinger, Bitters. The effect of
this preparation in the prevention and cure of flis, ase,
trveliwir and astonishing, that the most natter.
marks of royal favor were bestowed upon hum who
discovered it. His name was placed npot, the Roll of
N
.Ides. and a gold medal with the following inscription
—Dr. S.Cheopane, the Public Benefactor—waspresented
to him by the Viceroy.
The preparation has been osed in several epidemics of
c Indere, both as a preventive and curative measure, and
with such great success. that it has been introduced into
nearly ail the genera/ hospitals of the old world.
The old saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a
pound of cure, applies with marvellons force to cholera,
and therefore any remedy that will protect us against
this CArible disease should be freely and persistently
All pathologists now agree that the cholera poison acts
on the system through the blood. and that any combina
tion which acts on the excretory organs, and keeps them
in working order, must prevent a sufficient accumulation
of the poison to exert itsterrible effects on the organism.
This is true not only of cholera, but Of nearly all other
maladies. especially the different forms of fever.
The Zingari Bitters is just such a remedy as the above
conditions require. It acts on the Organ•of excretion
and secretion, keeping up a perfect balance between
them. This Bitters is composed entirely of roots and
herbs, so nicelyconcocted that every organ is acted upon
arbr put in tone. Its taste is pleasant and its effects
prompt and lasting.
Numerous cases of the following diseases have ben
cured by it Cholera. Diarrhoea, Dysentery, Scrofula,
Typhoid and Typhus Fever. Fever, Ague, Nervous De
