Mifflinburg, R. D., from six to twelve
Years in the Eastern Penitentiary,
fined $200, and costs of prosecution.
Snyder pleaded guilty to two counts
of larceny. He wis sentenced from one

charge of stealing wheat amounting to
$10 from the farm of Charles Plat: of

years on a charge of stealing wheat,
oats, corn and chickens to the value
