Santiago Chocolate Pie
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
3% cups milk

%3 cup sifted cake flour
8 teaspoon salt
1 egg or 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1% teaspoons vanilla
1 baked $-inch pie shell
1; cup cream, whipped and sweet-
ened
