ports that collections have been very
satisfactory, that the borrowers have
been meeting thelr obligations with a
high degree of regularity.
The loans on which Mr. Day is mak
ing collections were granted during the
spring to over 200 farmers in the coun-
ty for the purpose of buying seed and
fertilizer. The understanding at the
time was thas the loans were to he paid
this fall. The field superviesr notifies
borowers by mail of his itinerary, and
the borrowers make their own arrange
ments for getting in touch with him,
