mer Wolf, at his home in Ar imore. |
His 1ilness extended over a po riod of
several vears and was due to a paralyts

hospitals and sanitariums by the most
skilled physicians and specialists, but
with only temporary benefits,

guilty and were sentenced to pay the

riod of not less than six months nor
more than twelve months.
Comm. vs. Charles Williams, indicted
for violation of liquor laws; prosecu-
tor, Leo Boden, County Detective. This
case ia from near Philipsburg and was
tried on Monday. Verdict on Tuesday
morning of gulity,

MESSMER.~John Messmer, a native
of Centre county, died at his home near
Spring Mills on Tuesday merning of
last week, following an illness of heart
trouble, aged 70 years. Heo was born
in Gregg township. Funeral services
were held Thursday afternoon from the
home; interment in the Green Grove
cemetery, near Spring Mills

Samuel Gault, and a resident of Belle
fonte until a fow years agd, died at
the home of her daughter, Mrs, A. L.
Showers, near » Unionville. She was
born near Bellefonte. on April 18, 1848,

Poorman. She is survived by the fol-
