W. Harrison Walker, candidate for
the Democratic nomination for Judge,
Meek, editor of the Watch
man, motored over from Bellefonte
Friday afternoon, the former making
a brief call at the Journal office, as he
always does when he comes to town,
whether he is a candidate for office or
on a business, or social trip.
Both Attorney Walker and Editor
Meek are representative citizens of the
county. The former, with his pleasing
personality and energetic aggressive
manner, along with broad views, isthe
type of man that nearly everybody
likes,
Mr. Meek's newspaper speaks for
him. It has been long looked upon as
one of the leading weeklies of the
