Thursday, June: 12, has been desig- nated as Farmers’ Day when at least 2000 farmers are expected to visit the institution, Birthday Binary Party, /7 Sunday was the birthday of John L. Tressler, of Centre Hall, and also that of his nephew, Carl McClelan, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. G. McClellan, of Lin- den Hall. The event was celebrated on Monday evening in the form of a sur- prise party held at Mr. Tressler's home. The former lacks a year of being six- ty and the latter one year short of his majority. The guests present were these: Wm. McClintic and family, John Carper, wife and son Albert, Henry Houser, Anna Houser, John Raymond. Frank Ishier and wife, Larue Ishler, R. G.
