THE CENTRE THURSDAY, FEBRUARY. 10, 1921 - - min BOALSBURG. On Friday, January 28th, Russell Bohn, who was one of the four repre- sentatves from Centre county at the State Corn Judging Contest, held at Harrisburg, gave a very interesting talk to the high school. He reported a very fine time and stated that the experience that he gained was a great benefit to him, This will likely be an incentive for other students next year. In the afternoon of the same day the High School Soccer Ball team played a game with Centre Hall, here. The game was a very close one and it is not necessary to state that it was interest- ing. Both teams put up a good game but neither team made a score, Our boys think that they could have won if all of their players had been on the field. They are anxions to play another game with Centre Hall and feel quite sure that they can win next time. The tollowing students of the Boals- burg High school made an average of 70 per cent in each subject for the month of January : Senior Class—Maranda Bohn, Paul Durner, Rebecca Meyers, Richard Go- heen, Elwood Stover, Harold Fisher, Esther Callahan, Junior Class—Ruth Royer, Paul Brouse, Philip Musser, Russell Bohn, Mildred Gingrick, Hester Lonberger, William Smith.
