Mrs. Daniel Daup is confined to bed,
suffering with rheumatism,
Miss Elizabeth Dennis, of Spring
Mills, was a visitor in Centre Hall on
Monday,
\. Miss Anna Sweeney, of Boalsburg,
\ was a guest of Mrs, Lizzie Jacobs over
Sunday.
Mrs. J. G. King is a patient at the
Bellefonte hospital, due to a general
breakdown,
Rev. R. R. Jones and Mr. and Mrs,
F. M. Fisher are attending Eastern Sy-
nod, at Norristown this week.
John M, Coldron is in charge of
Smith's store during Mr. Smith's stay in
Illinois, which will be for two weeks,
Mrs. Charles McCool, of Spring Mills
visited her parents, Mr and Mrs. A. C.
Ripka, in Centre Hall, last week,
Domer Emerick, of Altoona, stopped
off at Centre Hall for a short time on
Monday, while going through town by
auto.
Mr, and Mrs. Cleve Mitterling and
daughter motored to Lewisburg and
Mifflinburg, last Thursday, and visited
relatives at the latter place.
M. N. Miller, on the Geiss Wagner
farm, near Tusseyville, will hold public
sale next spring, and has selected
Thursday, March 17th, as the time.

after a week's visit at the Miles Arney
home, at Niagara Falls, New York.
A. M. Grove, of near Penns Cave
station, on account of ill health, will
dispose of his farm stock and imple-
ments on Saturday, November 27th.
Miss Ruth Schreckengast, of near
Centre Hall, was operated on for the re-
moval of her tonsils in the Bellefonte
hospital on Saturday, and returned to
her home Wednesday.

George Condo, of Forbes Road, and
his brother, Clyde Condo, Vander-
grift, motored to Centre Hall the latter
part of last week and returned on Mon-
day with their parents, Mr, and Mrs. M.

paralytic stroke last Friday morning
while at the home of her son, J. C.
Goodhart, at Centre Hill, She was re-
moved to Centre Hall where her daugh-

Jonathan Spangler Dead.
Jonathan Spangler, of Rebersburg,
passed away in the Lock Haven hospi.
