Miss Mabel Wofe Ends Her Life By Hanging, at Her Home. Miss Mabel Wolfe, for the past eight years postmistress at Woodward, ended her life early Monday morning at her home, by hanging. Her mother, Mrs, I. M. Wolfe, was away at the time, ‘and a neighbor woman, who was working at the Wolfe home, found the body about six o'clock in the morning, hanging from the ceiling, a scarf having been used, one end about her neck and the other fastened to a hook in the ceiling of her bedroom. She had jumped off a chair, Miss Wolfe was some thirty years old.
