THE CENTRE REPORTER. THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 1914 DEATHS, John Bhank, an aged resident of Bellefonte, died at the home of his ron-in-law, Frank E, Naginey, of. die eases incident to his advanced age. Deceased was born in Warriors Mark Valley on Jannary 23rd, 1828 hence wea eighty-six years, one month and seventeen days old, When » young man he learned the wagon- making trade, an occupation he fol lowed at Warriors Mark until October, 1887, when he moved to Bellefonte, After coming to Bellefonte he worked at his trade a number of years until incapacitated by age. During the pest few. years both Mr, and Mrs, Bhank have made their home with Mr. and Mrs, Naginoey. On September 9.h, 1851, Mr. Shank was united in marriage at Warriors Mark to Miss Rebecca Shoup, who suivives with the following children : Mra. Edward Rowe of Albuquerque, New Mexico ; Mre. George B. Bran don of Scranton ; and Mrs. Frank E Naugivey of Bellefonte. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. John A. Bae: and Miss Barah A. Bhank of Altoons. Vietor B. Luse died of consumption after an illness of a few weeks at the home of his parents, Mr, and Mrs, F D. Luse, at Fairview, aged thirty-six years. He was born in Millheim, anc moved to West Fairview with his par- ents some years ago. —— A ———— REBERSBURG Mre. Bottorf moved to Bmullton last week, Prof. C. L. Gramley is at presen: spending a few weeks in Florida, A three-moothe-old child of Adan Bethletem is seriously ill at thi writing. Mrs. Frank Wate left on Mondas: for Lewisburg where she will visit he daughter, } Lester Minnich, who spent a few weeks at this place with his family left on Monday for State College wher he is employed, Mirenda Mowery, who epent th post week at this place at the home © her parents, returned to Bellefonte or Monday where she is employed. Harry Zigler, who tesches the Brun gart echool, was brought before Justice: Meyer, on Baturday, and fined $25 for using bis ruler too freely on the sor of Harry Walker. Willis Bierly, who spent the greater part of the winter in the eastern par: of this state, returned to this place this week and is staying at the homos of Wm. Iigen died very suddenly last week, The roads are certainly in a bed shape ; no sledding, and bard wagon- ing. The Henry Homan sale was aot sc largely attended but everything fetoh- ed good prices. Mr, and Mrs. R. P. Campbell and son William spent SBunday afternoon with H. B. Frankenberger, Wise and Hubler, auctioneers, have certainly been getting good prices for the stock and implements at the pub lic sales in this section. W. F. Rishel recently sold a pals of black Percheron fillies to C, B, Gar- brick of Zion.
