Washington.-——For the of
diplomatic problems and ac
accurate information as
in Central and North
America, Secretary of State
Knox, by direction of President Taft,
will make five trip to the
Spanish-American republics bordering
the Sea and the Gulf
Mexico.
Present plans include first a visit to
Cuba, Santo Domingo and Haiti, with
a possible side trip to Porto Rico, and
then a tour of Venezuela and Colombia
on the mainland of South America, af
ter which the Becretary will visit
Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua,
duras, Salvador, Guatemala and per
haps Mexico.
As now planned Mr. Knox will
visit Mexico, but that country may be
included in the program before he
turns during the first week of April
In many respects the trip will be
similar to that taken around South
America several years ago by former
Secretary of State Elihu Root
The benefits of the Root trip Ameri:
can diplomats have rated high, and
both the President and Mr. Knox hope
for similar benefilg from the coming
visit, especially since the countries to
which Mr. Knox will go have
received calls from American
taries of Stale

Women who suffer with disorders peculiar to their

of women. Every letter of this sort has the most
careful consideration and is regarded as sacredly

pretty sure to say that he cannot do anything
