Mrs. K. C. Swabb, at Aaronsburg,
Rev. W. J- Dice, on Tuesday evening,
united in marriage Miss Ruth K.
Bwabb and E. B. Bower, the ring
ceremony being used. IL. E, Bwabb,
of Pittsburg, a brother of the bride,
acted as best man, and his wife as
matron of honor. Only the immediate
members of the families interested
were present,
The bride is ® school teacher, and
very successfully taught the primary
grade in her home town, and is highly
regarded by all her scquaintances.
The groom is a native of Aaronsburg,
but for some time has been bookkeeper
and accountant for the Bellefonte
Lumber Company. The couple will
go to housekeeping on Valentine
street, Bellefonte, in a home already
farpished. The Reporter extends
congratulations,

DEATHS,
Miss Myra Tate, of Pleasant Gap,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Winfield
8. Tate, both deceased, and sged about
twenty-aix years, died in the Belle.
fonte hospital, Thursday of last week,
Miss Tate had been io {ll health for
some time and recently underwent an
operation for appendicitis, death fol-
lowing at the above stated time,
Deceased leaves to survive threo
brothers and eight sisters. Interment
was made in the Lutheran cemetery,
at Pleasant Gap, Saturday afternoon,
Rev. Yocum, who some time ago
moved from Lewistown to Bsllefon te,
officiating.
