A practical demonstration in spray-

day, May 10th, in the orchard of Ben-
jamin Limbert, in Brush Valley ;
Wednesday, May 11th, in the orchard
of J. J. Arney, Centre Hall ; Thurs.
day, May 12th, in orchard of Newton
Neidigh, at State College ; Friday,
May 13th, in orchard of Col. W. F,
Reynolds, Bellefonte. Btate Orchard

The Indiana court was sustained by
the superior court ina decision render-
ed in a case of the commonwealth vs,
a school director in one of the school
districts in the county. The director
was charged and found guilty of
violating the 66th section of the act of
March 31, 1860, in furnishing labor,
material, horses anl wagons for the
distribution of maps, books and sup-
plies to the several schools of sald dis-
trict, and for the repairing of school

of this particular case is printed as a
