Maloney, 10 vears of age, hag been ar-
rested in this city on the charge of arson,
alleged to have been committed on Feb-
ruary 7 and 8 1903, when the woman
was employed in the boardinghouse of a
Mrs. Foster, in Melrose, Mass, Five
