Only a short time ago a new organ was purchased and new altar furniture was substituted for the old. Se Broke Open Child's Safe, John W. Cooley's house was enter- ed some time ago by a sneak thief, who opened a trunk belonging to Mrs, White in which her little son kept a metal bank. The bank was broken and its contents, eight dollars in sil. ver, taken from it. Nothing else in the house was disturbed. The door to the house was opened with a key aod carefully locked again. Burfuce, professor of zo- ology and chairman of the library committee of the natural history clubs at Pennsylvenia State College, has conceived the idea to condense bulle- ting and put them into proper torm to be used by newspapers throughout the state. The bulleting us they leave the June 12, and to recast {hiem requires more work than the average county editor is wills ing to perform, even if he is nequaint- ed with the subject. MINUGLE-HOAL, A Quiet Wedding Wednesday Afterncon In Contre Hall, A quiet snd nnpretentious weddirg took place in Centre Hall Wednesday afternoon, at three o'clock when W. Gross Mingle, of Bellefonte, and Miss A. Mabelle Boal were united in mar- riage, The ceremony was performed by Rev, W. H. Schuylerof the Presty- terian church, assisted by Rev, G, W., Kershner of the Reformed chureh, at the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George M. Boal, The couple entered the room, which was tastefully decorated with roses, unattended and without stepping te a wedding march. The bride, dressed in white Paris muslin carrying a bou- quet of white carnations, and the groom iu black looked very pretty. The omission of the usual attendants and music gave the affair proper solemni- ty, yet on the faces of the young couple could be read inward happiness, The bride and groom scarcely need an introduction. The bride has hests of friends on both sides of the county, aud the groom through his business association and social qualities is well known throughout the county. After the wedding supper Mr, Mrs. Mingledrove to Zion, where they boarded train for the east. They will home at the Brockerhot! house after July 1. The guests out of town were Mr. and Mrs. A. C.
