Constantinople (By Cable) —A third
note, evidently emanating direct from the
Sultan, was delivered to the ambassadors
demanding in peremptory language the

postoffices and reiterating the charges of

note to the Porte, thus creating a partial

succession of experiments by Horace
Atwood, of the W. Va. Agricultural
Experiment Station, has led to the dis-
covery that whether eggs are properly
incubating may be told by the decrease
in weight, a certain decrease in weight
showing without question their non-fer-
tility.

Birmingham, Ala. (Special. )—<An un
