The dedicatory sermon livered by Bishop Charles H. Fowler D. D. LL. D., of Buftslo, N. Y. When Rev. Wiiford P. Shriver, the present pastor, came to Bellefonte last Spring he at once began t) agiwie the matter of extensive repairs to the church.
