Bartholomew, who has shown marked aptitude for banking business, looked after the details of the bank's affairs, J. M. Gilliland, of New Bloomfield, was in town a few days last weld, the guest of W. O. Rearick. Mr. Gilliland is engaged in the manufacture of wheel rims and is doing a prosperous busi- ness.
