Mr. S. V. Smith informed the writer that an employee of the
REPORTER was informing certain Bellefonte Paper of "news®
that would appear in next issue of REPORTEReese+..The wite-up
concerning sale of the Cave property was prepared for the
REPORTER for the purpose of tricking the REPORTER employee
who fell for the ruse, transmitted the information to the
papers but, of course, did NOT appear in the REPONTER.
