Clifford's court in Chicago, in his suit
against the Northwestern Railroad for
$25,000 damages for black-listing.
During the great strike of the Amer
jean Railway Union Ketcham was em-
ployed as a conductor for the North-
western Railroad. He joined the strik-
ers, and since the strike Ketcham
claims he has been unable to sceure
steady employment owing to the fact
that he was black-lisied and other rail
road companies refused to employ him
on being given his name,
