pointment of a jury of view, to view and con
demn that portion of the Centre and Kishaco
quillas Turnpike which extends from the south-
Centre County, 10 the north-western line of said
borough, being & contiguous portion of the said
turnpike and being wholly within the limite of
the said borough of Centre Hall,
This proceeding is for the purpose of having
that portion of said turnpike become a public
road free from toll and toll gates,
