third time since the starting of the elec
tric cars in West Chester an attempt
was made to wreck a car, Belgian hci,
being placed along the tracks, Two of
them were placed on the track on South

stop before striking them. The other
two attempts were made on South High
street, where heavy logs were placed
across the tracks. Every time these ob.
