can be found in Kinglake's History of
the Crimean War, The “London
¥imes"” predicted the battle of Alma.

Once they get it and there is no doubt
about its being telegraphed. In Europe
the correspon another dif

efter they have their special informa
tion, and after they hand it in to the
telegraph office, it is sometimes no
sent. During the troublesome times
in Spain a while ago, a newspaper cor
respondent found that no matter what
