H.| Warner & Co., of Rochester, N. ¥ These pamphlets, as is well known, are published in order that the public may become conversant with the sy mp- toms and growth of disease peculiar to the kidneys, and which Is it must be admitted, the productive cause, in a majority of Instances, of other organic disorders. The pub- | {1shers of these pamphlets are | also the d'scoverers and manufacturers | of the noted Warner's Safe Cure, | which is known to be the only means | for the prevention and cure of kidney | disease, as can be testified to in every i community. In the pamphlets re- i ferred to there appear a number of | testimonials from parties who speak in the iglest terms of how they have in many instances been restored to health by Warner's Safe Care, after having been given up by doctors to die, and attached to those statements are the fac simile signatures of the parties themselves. I am personally aware that all the testimonials published by this firm are genuine and are the voluntary state- ments of persons who are anxious to manifest their gratitude for the upex- pected return of health and vigor which Warner's Safe Cure has brought them. To make assurance doubly sure, it can be added that Messrs, H. H, Warner & nave fer years, published a standing offer of $5,000 to anyone who will prove to an impartial referee that any testimonial published by them Is not, so far as they know, bona fide and absolutely true. What more does “Subscriber” desire to convince him, in addition to his own statement, that his neiehbors all tell him that Warner's Safe Cure has done more good for them than they have received from the doctors. In view, Mr. Editor, of the many persons who are sacrificed daily to the bigotry and ignorance of physicians who persist in treating patients for symptoms, called consuption, apoplexy, brain troubles, and nervous disorders, when the real cause is disease of the kidneys—which should be detected and quickly eradicated by the use of Warner's Safe Cure—1 maintain that the value of those pamphlets, which place iuthe hands of the public the means of knowing the truth, cannot be overestimated, FAIR-PLAY. . The newest fancy leads a hostess to fling the flowers on the cloth itself, making a posy bed of yellow daisies, or dwarf sunflowers shadowed by frosted ferns, or smilax knotted with cypress flowers, or golden lilies with pale green jeaves and buds, or if she wishes to be perfectly sure that her floral display shall not fade before the serving of cate noir, bunches of the red berries of the mountain ash surrounded by their own leaves, or twigs of the American holly on a bank of ferns, Sometimes the flowers lavished in such profusion are laid down in set patterns, diamonds, circles or crescents, PRESERVING TIME commences with the appearance of asparagus, and cellar and pantry being somewhat empty now, the careful housekeeper sees to it that they are well cleaned and aired. It is commendable to whitewash the walls in Spring, and a little alom intermixed with the whitewash will keep off flies and other noxious insects, All preserv- ing jars and glasses need a general in- spection and scouring. ws 3 AND who desio sy x Cryst 5 te and purses of many. 4 : is : sh To po xo no more is the truest repent- ance. leeple “Por nearly a | able to sleep, but A CrrLeny COMPOUND | for two days, in| fled and | return. | gomnia strength ed.” BE.
