An Addition to Chicago's Population.
Crioaco, Dee. 8.-Judge Garrett Satur
day morning dissolved the injunction re-
straining the county board from declaring
the territory of the town of Hyde Park an
nexed to the city of Chicago. The people of
this suburb voted to come in last month
but some property owners carried the case
to the courts, but it has availed them noth
ing. The portion annexed will add about
60,000 inhabitants to the population of
Chicago.

Blinkey Morgan's Partner Convicted.
