Washington, March 13—The suit of
Mrs. Mary 8, Oliver against the Hon.
himon Cameron, for breach of protaise
to marry, in which the damages are laid
at $50,000, was on the calendar for trial
to-day in the Circuit Court, but, there
being several cases ahead of it, tiie case
did not come to trial. Counsel for Mrs.
(Oliver requested the Court to set a dny
for trial, out the Court declined to do si>,
saying that the case would be taken up
in its regular order.
