for the benefit of whom it may concern.
His Honor ruled that where a nuut give*
l;is wife money, he having no (Telita at
the time, uor in any way showing an in
tention to defraud, real estate which the
wife may purchase with such funds can
not afterwards be made liable for deb's
contracted by the husband subsequent
to such gift and purchase.
A young mart by the name of Walker,
of Stone Valley, Huntingdon county, it i
is supposed, was one of the thieves who
sto'e the widow Taylor's horses near
Reedsville, is reported to have been sliot
a few nights ago, while attempting to
commit a similar deed in Huntingdon
